Privacy policy

FlowDesk Apps provides Atlassian Marketplace apps for Jira Cloud, including Queue Manager and SLA Manager. This policy explains what data our apps access, why it is used, where it is stored, how long it is retained, and how customers can contact us about privacy requests.
Data we collect or process
Our apps access only the Jira and Atlassian account data required to provide their features and to respect customer configuration. Depending on the app and the user's permissions in Jira, this may include:
- Jira project metadata, project roles, groups, fields, statuses, issue types, workflows, and project configuration needed to render and manage app settings.
- Jira issue data needed to display queues, calculate SLA status, validate JQL filters, and show issue-level app panels.
- Atlassian account identifiers and profile data returned by Jira APIs, such as display name, avatar, or email address when Jira permits access and the app feature requires it.
- App configuration, including queue definitions, JQL filters, priority groups, column layouts, access roles, SLA rules, calendars, project enablement settings, and app-generated SLA snapshots or issue properties.
- Support information that customers voluntarily provide by email, such as contact details, site URL, screenshots, logs, or issue descriptions.
Purposes of processing
We use this data to operate the installed app, including rendering app screens, enforcing project-level configuration, calculating queue or SLA state, validating administrator settings, storing customer configuration, troubleshooting support requests, responding to security reports, and meeting legal or Marketplace obligations.
Storage and hosting
Queue Manager and SLA Manager are Atlassian Forge apps. App configuration and operational app data are stored in Atlassian services such as Forge storage, Jira issue properties, and Jira custom fields where applicable. We do not operate a separate external product database for app functionality.
Our public website is hosted separately and does not receive Jira project data or app configuration data.
Sharing and subprocessors
We do not sell customer data and do not use customer app data for advertising. The main service provider involved in app operation is Atlassian, which provides Jira Cloud, Atlassian Marketplace, and Atlassian Forge infrastructure. Cloudflare may host our public website and related static policy pages. If a customer contacts support by email, the email provider used for support communication may process the information included in that message.
Retention and deletion
App configuration and app-generated data are retained while the app is installed and the customer continues to use the related project or feature. Customers can delete or change app configuration inside the app. Uninstalling the app or deleting app-managed configuration may remove app data according to Atlassian Forge and Jira platform behavior.
Support records are retained only as long as needed to respond to the request, maintain a reasonable support history, meet legal obligations, or protect the security and integrity of our apps. Customers may request deletion or correction by contacting us.
Customer choices and access
Customers control Jira user access, project permissions, issue visibility, and app configuration inside their Atlassian site. Requests related to access, correction, deletion, export, or privacy questions can be sent to [email protected].
