Queue Manager for JSM
Queue Manager for JSM is a Forge app that lets Jira Service Management project teams create configurable project queue views using JQL, priority groups, selected columns, and access-role controls.
Default queues
New project configurations start with two portable queues:
- Assigned to me: issues assigned to the current user and not resolved.
- All open items: unresolved issues in the current project.
Managing queues
- Open the Queue Manager project page in Jira Service Management.
- Select Manage queues.
- Create, edit, duplicate, delete, or reorder queues.
- Configure the queue name, JQL filter, priority groups, and displayed columns.
- Use Validate JQL before saving custom filters.
Priority groups
Priority groups organize queues in the sidebar. Project admins can create groups, rename groups, delete groups, and assign queues to one or more groups.
Access roles
Organization admins can configure which Jira project roles are allowed to manage queues. Users without edit access can still view queues when the app page is available to them.
Language preference
Queue Manager uses English by default. Users can switch the app sidebar language between English and Portuguese using the language selector in the sidebar.
