Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to FlowDesk Apps websites and Atlassian Marketplace apps, including Queue Manager for JSM. By installing or using our apps, you agree to these terms.
Use of the app
Customers may use FlowDesk Apps products for their internal business operations in Atlassian Cloud. Customers are responsible for configuring their Atlassian site, users, permissions, projects, JQL filters, and issue data appropriately.
Availability and changes
FlowDesk Apps may update, improve, or change app functionality over time. We aim to maintain compatibility with supported Atlassian Cloud platforms, but Atlassian platform changes, customer configuration, permissions, or third-party outages may affect app behavior.
No high-risk use
FlowDesk Apps products are not designed for emergency response, life-safety systems, medical systems, regulated financial trading, or other high-risk uses where failure could lead to serious harm.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlowDesk Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.
